Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person has a partner with a rent increased pension if:
(a) the partner is living with the person in their home; and
(b) the partner receives a social security pension, a service pension, income support supplement or a veteran payment; and
(c) the rate of the pension or supplement is increased to take
account of rent paid or payable by the person.
