Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine an alternative method for valuing housing fringe benefits.
(1A) A determination under subsection (1) may apply to all housing fringe benefits or only to specified kinds of housing fringe benefits.
(a) commences on the day after the day when it is registered in the Federal Register of Legislation under the Legislation Act 2003 ; and
(b) ceases to have effect 6 months after the day it commences,
if it has not already been revoked.
