SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 - SECT 1234B

No time limit on debt recovery action

    For the purposes of this Chapter, legal proceedings, or any action under a provision of this Chapter, for the recovery of a debt or overpayment may be commenced or taken at any time.
