Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The chief officer of a criminal law - enforcement agency must, as soon as practicable, and in any event within 3 months, after each 30 June, give to the Minister a written report that sets out such information as:
(a) Division 2 (other than section 163A) requires to be set out in the Minister's report under that Division relating to the year ending on that 30 June; and
(b) can be derived from the agency's records.
(2) Section 34C of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 does
not apply in relation to a report under this section.
