Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person may give lawfully intercepted information (other than foreign intelligence information, general computer access intercept information, data disruption intercept information, network activity warrant intercept information or ASIO computer access intercept information) in evidence in an exempt proceeding.
(2) For the purposes of applying subsection (1) in relation to information, the question whether or not a communication was intercepted in contravention of subsection 7(1) may be determined on the balance of probabilities.
(3) A person may give interception warrant information in
evidence in an exempt proceeding.
