Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may, subject to such conditions (if any) as are specified in the regulations, exempt:
(a) all therapeutic goods, except those included in a class of goods prescribed for the purposes of this paragraph; or
(b) specified therapeutic goods; or
(c) a specified class of therapeutic goods;
from the operation of this Part (except section 31A and sections 31C to 31F).
(2) An exemption in terms of paragraph (1)(a) has effect only in relation to such classes of persons as are prescribed for the purposes of this subsection.
(3) Where the regulations revoke an exemption, the revocation
takes effect on the day, not being earlier than 28 days after the day on which
the regulations are made, specified in the regulations.
