Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, make a determination specifying indications that must not be covered by a determination under paragraph 26BF(1)(a).
(2) The determination may specify an indication either generally or in relation to specified circumstances.
(3) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, vary or revoke
a determination under subsection (1).
