THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1989 - SECT 41AC

Criminal offence for contravening a requirement in a notice under section 41AB

                   A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person has been given a notice under section 41AB; and

                     (b)  the person omits to do an act; and

                     (c)  the omission contravenes a requirement in the notice.

Penalty:  400 penalty units.
