TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 - SECT 35

    The applicant may appeal to the Federal Court or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division   2) against a decision of the Registrar:

  (a)   to accept the application subject to conditions or limitations; or

  (b)   to reject the application.
