TRANS-TASMAN PROCEEDINGS ACT 2010 - SECT 40

    This Division   applies to a subpoena that :

  (a)   is issued in a proceeding (other than an excluded family proceeding) in a New Zealand court or tribunal ; and

  (b)   may be served in Australia under the NZ Evidence Act.
