Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA notice or application is in the form approved by Industry Innovation and Science Australia if:
(a) it is in the form approved by * Industry Innovation and Science Australia for that kind of notice or application; and
(b) it contains a declaration signed by a person or persons as the form requires; and
(c) it contains the information that the form requires, and any further information, statement or document as Industry Innovation and Science Australia requires, whether in the form or otherwise; and
(d) it is given in the manner that Industry Innovation and
Science Australia requires (which may include electronically).
