Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An Authority member holds office for the period specified in his or her instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 4 years.
(2) The sum of an Authority member's first appointment period and any period or periods of re - appointment must not exceed 8 years (not including any periods of acting appointment).
