Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Inspector - General must consult the Basin States, and have regard to any submissions made by the Basin States in connection with the consultation, in preparing guidelines under section 215V or standards under section 215VA.
(2) In preparing guidelines under section 215V or
standards under section 215VA, the Inspector - General may undertake
such other consultation as the Inspector - General considers appropriate.
