WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 10

  (1)   This Act binds the Commonwealth.

  (2)   The Commonwealth is liable for an offence against this Act.

  (3)   Without limiting subsection   (1), the Commonwealth is liable for a contravention of a WHS civil penalty provision.
