Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The making of an application to the Tribunal under the Act and the filing of any other document with the Registrar shall be effected by lodging it at the office of the Registrar at a time when that office is open for business.
(2) The Registrar shall cause the date on which a document was lodged at his office to be recorded on the document.
(3) Subregulation (2) applies in relation to a document that is
lodged with the Registrar or at his office whether or not it is, or is
required to be, filed.
