Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An operator must provide an adequate organisation, including trained staff, together with workshop and other equipment and facilities in such quantities and at such places as CASA directs in order to ensure that airframes, engines, propellers, instruments, equipment and accessories are properly maintained at all times when they are in use.
(2) An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
