CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 42.1020
Form of application
An application to CASA for approval of a proposed variation of
an approved maintenance program for an aircraft must:
(a) be in writing; and
(b) include the following:
(i) a copy of the variation;
(ii) the technical justification for the variation.
