(a) a reference to Division 2 of Part 7.9 of the Act not applying to or in relation to a financial product is taken to refer only to circumstances in which that Division does not apply because of the effect of a provision of Part 10.2 of the Act; and
(b) a reference to a financial product to which, or in relation
to which, Division 2 of Part 7.9 of the Act applies is taken to
include any financial product except a financial product to which that
Division does not apply because of the effect of a provision of Part
10.2 of the Act.
