111AFA of the Act to people holding managed investment products in a
class of managed investment products includes a person who holds the managed
investment product as a result of an offer, relating to securities, that gave
rise to an obligation to lodge a disclosure document with ASIC in relation to
the securities under Chapter 6D of the old Corporations Act.
