Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) On and after the FSR commencement, an exemption given by ASIC under paragraph 772B(6)(a) of the old Corporations Act continues in force as if it were an exemption given under paragraph 798D(1)(a) of the Act.
(2) On and after the FSR commencement, a declaration made by ASIC under paragraph 772B(6)(b) of the old Corporations Act continues in force as if it were a declaration made under paragraph 798D(1)(b) of the Act.
