Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies if:
(a) a futures exchange was required, before the FSR commencement, to give ASIC a notice under subsection 1135(1) of the old Corporations Act; and
(b) the futures exchange had not complied with the requirement before the FSR commencement; and
(c) the period for compliance had not expired before the FSR commencement.
(2) On and after the FSR commencement, subsection 1135(1)
of the old Corporations Act, as in force immediately before the
FSR commencement, continues to have effect in relation to the futures exchange
in its capacity as a market licensee.
