Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsIf the body corporate gives notice under subregulation 12.4.03(1), notice of a meeting of the body corporate must be displayed conspicuously, for at least 21 days before the day on which the meeting is to be held, at:
(a) the registered office of the body corporate; and
(b) each other place where the body corporate conducts business
that is open to the public.
