Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(a) a report that must be lodged; and
(b) a certificate or other document annexed to that report;
must be certified in writing to be a true copy by:
(c) for a copy lodged for paragraph 429(2)(c) of the Act--the controller of property of the corporation; or
(f) for a copy lodged for subsection 475(7) of the
Act--by the liquidator or provisional liquidator of the company.
