Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The liquidator may at any time vary or add to the list of contributories by:
(a) making out a provisional supplementary list of contributories in accordance with Form 542; and
(b) settling and certifying that list in accordance with Form 543.
(2) Regulation 5.6.59 and subregulation 5.6.60(1)
apply to making out, or settling and certifying, a supplementary list by the
liquidator.
