Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations ASIC, or a member of a registered scheme, may apply to the Court
for the appointment of a temporary responsible entity of the scheme if ASIC or
member reasonably believes that the appointment is necessary to protect scheme
property or the interests of members of the scheme.
