CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 6D.2.02

    Part   6D.2 of the Act does not apply to an offer under a dividend reinvestment plan or bonus share plan of fully - paid shares in a foreign company to an existing holder of shares in the foreign company.
