Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsFor the provisions of the Act set out in column 2 of the following table, the Parts of the Act specified in column 3 apply as if section 9 of the Act were modified by omitting paragraph (e) of the definition of professional investor and substituting the following paragraph:
"(e) the person has or controls gross assets of at least $10 million (including any assets held by an associate or under a trust that the person manages);"
