CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 7.7.10B

    For paragraph   951C(1)(c) of the Act, Part   7.7 of the Act applies as if the following definition were inserted in section   9:

""further advice" means advice to which subsection   946B(2) or (2A) applies."
