CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 7.9.08D

                   For paragraph 1020G(1)(c) of the Act, Part 7.9 of the Act applies in relation to an account mentioned in paragraph 7.9.08(1)(c) of these Regulations as if paragraph 1017E(2)(b) were omitted.
