Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(a) to a person who, apart from this Subdivision, would be required to give a Product Disclosure Statement for a carbon unit, an Australian carbon credit unit or an eligible international emissions unit; and
(b) in relation to a carbon unit, an Australian carbon credit
unit or an eligible international emissions unit.
