Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsFor paragraph 1013D(4)(c) of the Act, the more detailed statement of the information, for paragraph 1013D(1)(f), that must be included in a Product Disclosure Statement that relates to a general insurance product is:
(a) the terms and conditions of the policy document (within the meaning of the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 ) being terms and conditions that are not provided in a Schedule to the policy document; and
(b) information that, if the issuer were seeking to rely on
subsection 35(2) and section 37 of the
Insurance Contracts Act 1984 , the issuer would have had to provide to the
insured before the contract of insurance was entered into.
