Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For paragraph 1015C(5)(b) of the Act, the information required by paragraphs 1013D(1)(d) and (e) of the Act must be set out in a single section of the Product Disclosure Statement ( fees section ) with the heading 'Fees and other costs'.
(2) The fees section of a Product Disclosure Statement must include:
(a) the Fees and Costs Template, comprising the template and the additional explanation of fees and costs set out in Part 2 of Schedule 10; and
(b) an example of annual fees and costs and associated notes as set out in Part 2 of Schedule 10; and
(c) the boxed Consumer Advisory Warning Statement set out in
Part 2 of Schedule 10.
