(a) includes 2 or more documents that include all of the information required by those Subdivisions; and
(b) is to be read as if subsections 1013L(1), (2), (3),
(5) and (7) of the Act were included in those Subdivisions, and referred to
fund information instead of a Product Disclosure Statement.
