Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsA document that is to be served personally on an organisation must be served at the office of the organisation shown in the records of the organisation lodged with the Fair Work Commission in accordance with section 233 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 , by leaving the document with a person who:
(a) is apparently an adult; and
(b) appears to be engaged in the service of the organisation.
