FEDERAL COURT RULES 2011 - RULE 30.55

  (1)   A party may apply to the Court for an order that a Registrar take an account or hold an inquiry under this Division.

  (2)   If the Court makes an order under subrule (1), a Registrar will take the account or hold the inquiry and give a certificate to each party stating:

  (a)   the amount due to any party; and

  (b)   the person liable to pay the amount.
