FAMILY LAW REGULATIONS 1984 - REG 19A

    For paragraph   121(9)(aa) of the Act, each of the following authorities is prescribed:

  (a)   for New South Wales--the Department of Family and Community Services;

  (b)   for Victoria--the Department of Health and Human Services;

  (c)   for Queensland--the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women;

  (d)   for Western Australia--the Department of Communities;

  (e)   for South Australia--the Department for Child Protection;

  (f)   for Tasmania--the Department of Communities Tasmania;

  (g)   for the Australian Capital Territory--the Community Services Directorate;

  (h)   for the Northern Territory--Territory Families.
