Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Despite the amendments made by the Family Law Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 4) , these Regulations, as in force immediately before 1 January 2013, (the old Regulations ) continue to apply to a fee for a service requested under the old Regulations before 1 January 2013, unless another transitional provision says otherwise.
(2) However, subregulation 11(9) of the old Regulations
continues to apply to a setting - down requested before 1 January 2013
only if the setting - down fee (within the meaning given by the old
Regulations) was paid before 1 January 2013.
