FAMILY LAW RULES 2004 - RULE 15.37

                   This Part applies to all applications except:

                     (a)  an application for divorce;

                     (b)  an application for an order that a marriage is a nullity; or

                     (c)  an application for a declaration as to the validity of a marriage, divorce or annulment.
