FAMILY LAW RULES 2004 - RULE 18.05

Registrars

             (1)  Each power of the court mentioned in an item of Table 18.2 is delegated to each Registrar who is approved, or is in a class of Registrars approved, by a majority of the Judges to exercise the power.
