FAMILY LAW RULES 2004 - RULE 22.21

Failure to file appeal books by due date

                   If the appellant fails to file the appeal books by the date ordered, the appeal is taken to be abandoned.

Note:          A party may apply for an extension of time to file the appeal books (see rule 1.14).
