FAMILY LAW RULES 2004 - RULE 23.04

                   Before deciding whether to register a revocation agreement, the court may:

                     (a)  order that a copy of the affidavit filed under subrule 23.03(3) be served on a specified person; or

                     (b)  require a party to file additional information.
