FAMILY LAW RULES 2004 - RULE 23.05
Application may be dealt with in chambers
An application for registration of a revocation agreement may be dealt with in
chambers, in the absence of the parties and their lawyers (if any).
Section 63E of the Act provides that the court may register an agreement
revoking a registered parenting plan if it considers it appropriate to do so,
having regard to the best interests of the child to which the plan relates.
Summary of Chapter 24

* procedures relating to registry records, including the
removal of a document from a registry, and searching, inspecting and copying
The rules in Chapter 1 relating to the court's general powers apply in
all cases and override all other provisions in these Rules.
