FAMILY LAW RULES 2004 - RULE 26B.10

                   If the cost of complying with the duty of disclosure under subrule 26B.01(1) would be oppressive to a party to an arbitration, the court may order another party to the arbitration to:

                     (a)  pay the costs; or

                     (b)  contribute to the costs; or

                     (c)  give security for costs.
