Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A copy of an application to register an arbitration award required to be served under subregulation 67Q(2) of the Regulations must be served within 14 days of the day on which the application is filed.
(2) The applicant must file an Affidavit of Service within 7 days of the day on which a copy of the application is so served.
