HIGH COURT RULES 2004 - RULE 11.03

11.03.1     A warrant for the arrest or the detention or imprisonment of a person under this Part shall be addressed to the Marshal and may be issued under the hand of the Justice or presiding Justice.

11.03.2     An arrest warrant shall be in Form 5.

11.03.3     A committal warrant shall be in Form 6.
