Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations4.03.1 Where a year or more has elapsed since any party has taken any step in a proceeding, any party desiring the proceeding to continue shall give every other party not less than 1 month's notice in writing of the party's intention to proceed.
4.03.2 Where 3 years or more has elapsed since any party has taken any step in a proceeding, no step shall be taken in the proceeding without the leave of the Court or a Justice.
