Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
for review of a decision of the Regulator to confirm or vary a decision under
subregulation 13.25(3), including a decision that is taken under
subregulation 13.25(4) to have been confirmed.
