Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) In this Division, a reference to the accrual of benefits in a fund does not include:
(a) allocations of investment earnings or charging of costs; or
(b) benefits rolled over or transferred into the fund.
(2) Expressions used in this Division that are defined for the
purposes of Part 5 have the same meanings respectively as in that Part.
