Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For subsection 96(2) of the Act, the period for filing a notice of intention to oppose the application for cessation of protection must be filed within 2 months from the day the application for cessation of protection is advertised in the Official Journal .
(2) The notice must be in an approved form.
(3) The Registrar must give a copy of the notice to the applicant.
