TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 19.2

    For subsection   2 06(1) of the Act, a person holding, or performing the duties of, an office in the Trade Marks Office stated in Schedule   6 is a person to whom the Registrar may delegate all or any of the Registrar's powers or functions under the Act.
